Bookings & Payments

All event bookings are subject to availability and are not confirmed until a signed agreement and any required deposit have been received. Ticket purchases made through our ticketing platform are subject to the policies outlined at the time of purchase.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation policies vary by event type and venue. For public events, ticket refund eligibility will be outlined at the time of purchase. For private and venue bookings, cancellation terms will be detailed in your event agreement. Mystery Party HQ reserves the right to cancel or reschedule an event due to unforeseen circumstances. In the event of a cancellation initiated by Mystery Party HQ, guests will be notified as soon as possible and offered a refund or transfer to a rescheduled date.

Venue Responsibilities

Mystery Party HQ is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury that occurs at a host venue during an event. Venues are responsible for maintaining a safe environment for guests. Any damage to Mystery Party HQ props or materials caused by guests or venue staff may result in a replacement fee.

Guest Conduct

We want everyone to have a great time. Guests who are disruptive, disrespectful, or interfere with the experience of other attendees may be removed from the event without a refund. Mystery Party HQ reserves the right to refuse participation to anyone who does not comply with event guidelines.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including event concepts, character materials, storylines, and branding, is the property of Mystery Party HQ and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.

Photography & Media

Mystery Party HQ may photograph or record events for promotional use. By attending an event, guests consent to being photographed or filmed. If you have concerns about being featured in promotional materials, please contact us prior to the event.

Limitation of Liability

Mystery Party HQ is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in our events or use of our website. Our total liability in any circumstance is limited to the amount paid for the event in question.
